We were taking our typical Sunday walk (through the cemetary) and
Madie was sitting in the stroller with her baby doll.
She started lifting up her shirt all the way so Scott was teasing me
that I'm teaching our daughter to 'flash' while he's gone.
Then she stuck her baby inside her shirt and says 'Mak Mak (milk, milk).
I guess I am the one teaching her this... She's feeding her baby just like Mommy does.
She now does it all the time, but her babies get fed from her belly button
Even Brody get a turn
We always come home with collections of rocks, leaves, branches, and berriesKershaw swimming
July 22nd
We took a day trip to 1000 Islands
We enjoyed a boat tour and Boldt Castle

At the turn-of-the-century, George C. Boldt, millionaire proprietor of the
world famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City,
set out to build a full size rhineland castle in Alexandria Bay,
on picturesque Heart Island.
The grandiose structure was to be a display
of his love for his wife, Louise.
In January 1904, tragedy struck. Boldt telegraphed the island and commanded the workers to immediately “stop all construction.” Louise had died suddenly. A broken hearted Boldt could not imagine his dream castle without his beloved. Boldt never returned to the island, leaving behind the structure as a monument of his love.

Brody brings a smile to everyone he meets.
His happy face lights up the world.
He is a pro at rolling from front to back.
He is waking up ALOT during the night :/
He loves being outside and enjoys swimming
(lake, pool or bath he loves the water)
He is always entertained by his sister.
Madie is so full of life
She loves walking, bows, rocks and collecting things,
pockets, her stroller, pointing out flags on walks,
she can count to 10 and is starting to learn her colors
(lellow is her favorite) and she is talking so much.
We love her so much!
