We enjoyed the little ride through Chocolate World

On to Gettysburg

We were out walking and got caught in a great Thunder storm
So we went to get dinner at Friendly's
This is the ice cream that came with Madie's meal

 Hotel Life is pretty good
Madie LOVES going to hotels just for the breakfast
Circles (Fruit Loops) and muffins

 WASHINGTON DC

So he worked all day while we played

National Aquarium
Madie was so brave and touched the Moon Jellies in the touch pond
She loved everything but the dark room of sharks.
Her favorite seemed to be the dolphin show.
She liked that they waved and splashed at us
Brody was pointing and 'oohing and aahing' the whole time
We got some much needed lunch
We spent some time at the harbor and
of course we had to find a park
Ended the day with some Ice Cream
 Baltimore Day 2
We found a really fun park to go to

We picked Scott up and made the 6 hour drive to Cyndy's

The Crossing of Colonie Playground and Pond
Madie is really great at making friends
Madie said this is Daddy, Mommy, Madie and Brody Ducks

I have not been good at documenting this pregnancy,
but I 'popped' way earlier than I usually do

Brody thinks he is one of the adults
 Daddy's little boy

Back home after being on the road for almost 3 weeks
Enjoying the nice weather

Vacations are EXHAUSTING

 Here's Madie's dream house

Glad we could spend some time with Jaren and Stephanie

These kids would play at the beach and throw rock all day
No matter what the weather is

The ferry ride with Grandpa and Grandma was so fun
We are HOME and
happy to have a few more days
with the grandparents
 Madie feeding Lemons to Brody

Sacred Grove- Beautiful in Spring

Park Fun

We went to the lake to feed duck but only found seagulls

After 8 months of being a one car family we finally
got our Honda Pilot, 2010, 85,000 miles, and leather interior
(It was not our color choice but it will do)
We love it so much. Worth the wait!
We believe in miracles
At the beginning of this year we had no money in our savings
but due to tax returns, bakery pay, and a little extra savings
we were able to pay cash for a $15,000 car.
We're still not sure how it happened--- MIRACLES!!!

We took Madie and went to get our ultrasound.
I have thought from the beginning it was a girl
and pretty sure I had everyone else convinced of that too,
so when we saw that another little boy was headed
our way we were pretty shocked.
But so OVERJOYED!!! We are so excited for this little guy.
We had Madie send a video to family and friends
She said 'Baby, it's a boy baby.'
It took 3 takes though because she kept saying girl baby.

Sometimes it's best to sleep like this
 Lollipop Farm

Last activity with Grandpa and Grandma
 Rochester Lilac Festival
It always hard to say goodbye
We are grateful to spend time with grandparents
They read so many books, went to plenty of parks and witnessed
too many of Madie's meltdowns.
We love you Grandpa and Grandma Hirschi
Image result for heart
Pirate park with the Grays and the Hawkins
Madie loves playing with cousins
Brody is playing games with the big kids and Papa

 Pool party with Weston

Brody has been practicing for little brother
 Beautiful day at Kershaw park
Madie making friends, as usual
First trip to Grimes Glen for the Summer
 Memorial Day Parade
They were waving and clapping for everyone
and we came home with WAY too much candy.
It was hot at the parade and everyone needed Naps
The Davenport women were asked to be in charge
of the Ward Memorial Day Picnic
Scott had the idea to do Pizza's on the grill with our Futia's Dough
Everyone loved the pizza and were amazing you
could make pizza on the grill.
Brody got to eat a lot of food he doesn't get to eat at home
First time in the sprinkler and loved it
 It was a huge success

Glad it's over though

MADIE UPDATES

Mom, we don't have tails huh?
Nope
Just bummies?
Yep

Prayers, songs and sentences are more clear, filling in all
the words and using complete sentences.
Sings Frozen and Moana constantly

Madie prayers 'Grateful for baby in mommy's belly'
She has a baby in her belly too, it's a girl baby.

I can finally do some cute things with her hair

She is always complementing me
'Great Driving Mom'
'I'm proud of you Mom'
'Good Job vacuuming Mom'
She also very polite- very good at saying please and Thank You

Refuses to take naps, but when she does she is not tired for bed at night.
We aren't in the 'terrible twos' but we are in the 'Very Emotional Twos'

If you point to your cheek and tell Brody to come kiss
He comes over open mouthed and blows a slobbery strawberry on your cheek.
It's so cute and funny.

--He knows where is head, belly and toes are
--He does the hand motions with us for; Twinkle Twinkle, wheels on the bus, Patty Cake, Head Shoulders Knees Toes and Itsy Bitsy Spider.
--Says- Moo, Baa, Woof, and does the elephant arm

I'm so lucky to get cuddles from my boy

Brody wakes up at 5:00am every morning. I bring him into our bed and put a
fleece blanket on him. He rubs the blanket and looks up at the windows for an hour, sometimes he falls back asleep, but at 6:00am he sits up, crawls off the bed, goes to the stairs, waits for mommy or daddy to go downstairs with him. When he gets downstairs he goes straight for his shoe box and brings his shoes to you to put on. He is ready to get going.
Can go up and downstairs all by himself

The cuteness level is through the roof

In July 2017 We had 1 company and 1 employee.
